Hats Off to Hats On

We all know the expression “hats off,” meaning to salute someone or something. I want to take my hat off to the fact that hats can be fun and trendy, and most of all, hide the fact I didn’t have time to do my hair this morning! Besides church and work (for the most part) hats can be a great way to disguise a bad hair day!

Originally, hats were made for protection, and as time went on they became status symbols of authority. Then hats became a form of expression. There is a saying, ”If you want to get ahead and get noticed, get a hat!” Below are eight personal style words to match your personal style with a great hat option.

2. Romantic/feminine style

Sun hat for summer or a felt hat with a large brim, trimmed with decorative enhancement for fall and winter.

4. Trendy style

The fedora comes in many different material options for all seasons!

6. Country style

The Stetson. It is also known as a “Cowboy Hat” made of felt or straw.

8. Edgy style

The beanie (cotton or wool fitted hat) is the hat for you.
